Progress of North Parcel

We want to sell about 60 acres on the north side of parcel # 3. It has been set aside for development of single dwelling, duplex and multi living housing.

Working with our master planner, Aprecis, we are now marketing this piece and have some potential investors that hopefully will soon be looking at this property for purchase. Keep checking back for updates on this. On the 86 acres to the west of second street, parcel # 1, we are developing plans for our first fieldhouse/school building with some of the baseball fields.

How are we planning on doing these things? As we stated earlier, one step would be to sell the north 60 acres. A second step would be to do a Stewardship campaign. Our goal is and will always be to take steps that are directed by God, seeking His guidance. When we do that, we know that He will direct our paths.

General Update

Recently the east side – 73 acres – went through zoning at a City Council Meeting.

To date we have raised $675,000.

Monthly informational meetings have been scheduled to keep us informed on the progress toward breaking ground at the new location.
